The Role

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a hands-on leadership role in ensuring smooth, high-quality daily operations, including:

• Leading shifts and supporting staff performance
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Overseeing food preparation, service standards and product quality
• Ensuring food safety, hygiene and compliance are upheld at all times
• Managing inventory, stock levels and ordering requirements
• Maintaining a clean, organized and high-standard venue
• Handling customer issues confidently and professionally
• Supporting venue leadership with training, team culture and operational success
• Assisting with implementing marketing and promotional initiatives

You will set the tone on shift and ensure the team consistently delivers a great guest experience.

What We’re Seeking

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• A positive, motivated and solutions-focused mindset
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or ability to obtain)
• Current RSA certification (or ability to obtain)
