What is the role?
Join us at our Kingpin Macarthur venue as a Casual Bar Supervisor! This is the perfect role for someone looking to expand their leadership skillset work with a passionate team.
As a Bar Supervisor, you will be:
Looking after the day-to-day shift, working closely with your team & being a hands-on leader
Training & developing Bar Attendants at various skill levels
Contributing to ordering & stock management duties, ensuring the bar has everything it needs both during quiet times and peak trade hours
Who are you?
You must hold a valid RSA
You're a hands-on, effective leader with a solid understanding of the bar industry
You're driven to boost sales and achieve stellar business results by leading a high-performing guest service team
You're a strong relationship builder, effortlessly creating amazing experiences for our corporate and social group bookings, as well as casual visits!
You're passionate about service standards and can instill the same pride in your team!
