Position: Head Barista
Location: Kuwait

We are looking for a talented, well-presented, and service-driven Male Head Barista to join a fine dining restaurant in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
- Supervise, train, and support barista staff
- Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Monitor inventory and manage coffee supplies
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- English communication skills required
