We are currently seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join our vibrant bar team.

What We’re Looking For

Bar Supervisor

• Support venue leadership with day-to-day bar operations
• Lead shifts confidently and maintain exceptional service standards
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, and premium beverage service
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members
• Confident managing stock, ordering, and bar presentation
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Available to work a rotating roster Monday to Sunday, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Bartenders

• Confident behind the bar with strong service instincts
• Comfortable preparing classic cocktails and signature drinks consistently
• Strong beverage knowledge across wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic offerings
• Ability to create a welcoming and energetic guest atmosphere
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Available to work a rotating roster Monday to Sunday, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Front of House / Bar Servers

• Warm, attentive, and genuinely guest-focused
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Experience in a busy hospitality environment with table or beverage service
• Passion for delivering elevated and memorable guest experiences
• Beverage knowledge or enthusiasm to learn more
• Available to work a rotating roster Monday to Sunday, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
