Food and Beverage Supervisor - Conference & Events

Rydges South Park Adelaide is currently seeking a Part Time Food & Beverage Supervisor - Conference & Events, to ensure the smooth running of all daily Conference & Events operations.You will be joining this stylish, recently refurbished hotel, offering 98 unique, modern rooms, perfectly located overlooking the Southern Parklands and Adelaide Hills.  Conference & Events make up an integral part of the hotel business, and as Conference & Events Supervisor, you will become a key member of the hotel's day to day operations.   Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and aspects of the role will include: Take charge in the smooth running of all day time conferencing & evening functions & banquets Meet & greet with all conference & event organisers on the day of the event Ensure each function that takes place is a success from start to finish Be a point of contact for all Conference & Events that take during your shift Liaise with the Conference & Event Sales team to keep up to date with all C&E operation requirements  Attend & Event Order meetings to anticipate upcoming events & staffing requirements. Comply with the hotel’s standards when producing and dispensing food and beverage products. Managing rosters and timesheets. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Have a full knowledge of and practice of all of the hotel’s established workplace health and safety guidelines (WH&S). Adhere to all established cashiering policies and procedures. Ensure the protection and maintenance of all operating equipment. Perform any other duties as directed by the F&B Manager/General Manager.
