We are excited to welcome a Casual Guest Services Assistant to support our Broadway Shopping Centre, East Village and South Eveleigh assets in Sydney.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer experience, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoys creating memorable moments for guests, retailers and the community.

Your Opportunity

As a Guest Services Assistant, you will deliver consistently high levels of service across our centres. You will:

  • Provide exceptional assistance to guests face‑to‑face, via phone, email, chat and social channels.
  • Support centre operations with administrative, marketing and general office tasks.
  • Assist with enquiries, directions, retailer information and in‑centre event details.
  • Manage feedback, escalate issues appropriately and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain visibility on the floor and stay up‑to‑date with centre promotions and retailer offerings.
  • Support processes including lost & found, mobility bookings and general service requests.
  • This is a casual role, with flexibility across weekdays, weekends and busy trading periods.

Your Point of Difference

We’d love to hear from you if you bring:

  • 0–2 years’ experience in customer or guest services.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or call centre environments.
  • A proactive, personable and guest‑centric approach.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • The ability to multitask, adapt to change and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and sound administrative skills.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and creating positive experiences.
