Reef Gateway Hotel is looking for a motivated Duty Manager to join our team in Airlie Beach. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with the Venue Manager, lead shifts, develop your team, and gain exposure to all aspects of venue operations.

About You
- Experience in a fast-paced hospitality or customer service environment
- Strong leadership potential and team-focused approach
- Passion for delivering great guest experiences
- Basic understanding of cash handling and venue operations
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

- RMLV
- Approved Managers Licence
- CLO (or willingness to obtain)
