You’ll help set the tone and pace on the floor while coaching and inspiring the team to consistently deliver outstanding hospitality.

Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences every shift
- Lead, coach, and motivate the front-of-house team
- Uphold venue standards and smooth daily operations
- Support rostering, labour targets, and service KPIs
- Handle guest feedback professionally and positively
- Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service
