The role

Step into a world of luxury in the Pearl Room, Crown Perth’s premier VIP gaming lounge.

With stunning 180-degree views of the Perth skyline, this exclusive, members-only venue delivers a refined and personalised guest experience, featuring dedicated bars and premium service in an intimate setting.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of the Pearl Room, ensuring exceptional service standards are delivered at all times in this high-end environment.

  • Lead, coach and support the front of house team
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery across bar and dining offerings
  • Maintain premium service standards aligned with a VIP guest experience
  • Actively engage with guests, creating memorable and personalised interactions
  • Assist with rostering, stock control, and operational planning
  • Partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement and team performance
  • Ensure compliance with RSA, licensing and operational requirements

About you

You’ll bring the following:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a premium F&B environment
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • A guest-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • A positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement

To be successful, you’ll:

Hold or willing to obtain a current Approved Managers License & RSA

This role requires you to: 

  • Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, evening and overnight shifts
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, coach and inspire teams
  • Hold full Australian working rights
