Following our successful tender win at Sunshine Coast Airport we are embarking on the delivery of six large scale Food & Beverage venues that will be progressively developed over the next 12 months. As a result, we are building a brand-new Food & Beverage team to support what will become our largest F&B footprint to date.
Over the next 12 months we will be bringing to life a diverse portfolio of food and beverage concepts, including:
As one of our new Duty Managers, you will support the General Manager in delivering operational excellence across a dynamic multi venue environment
What You’ll Do:
✅ Leading day to day operations across multiple outlets, ensuring our venues consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining strong operational standards.
✅ Oversee daily service delivery, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to brand and service standards.
✅ Lead supervisors and frontline teams during service, managing staffing on shift and resolving operational challenges in real time.
✅ Maintain commercial accountability for the day’s performance, monitoring sales, labour, and operational metrics to ensure targets are achieved.
✅ Support revenue performance through effective labour deployment, workflow optimisation, and a strong focus on customer service.
✅ Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety, RSA, and all relevant airport operational requirements.
✅ Manage customer escalations professionally while maintaining positive relationships with key airport stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
✅Experienced in hospitality, food service, or high-volume retail environments at a supervisory or management level.
✅Proven ability to manage multiple teams or outlets, with strong leadership and decision-making skills.
✅Commercially minded with experience in labour planning, cost control, and operational metrics.
✅Airport or multi-venue hospitality experience is a plus.
✅Valid ASIC (or ability to obtain), RSA, and Food Safety certification.
