Cafe & Rooftop Bar Team Members

Summary:

We are seeking dedicated & enthusiastic individuals to join our Cafe & Rooftop Bar team. As a vital part of our organisation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a clean & welcoming environment, & assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our food & beverage offerings. Barista experience preferred & previous experience in a customer service role is vital.

Responsibilities:

• Greet & engage with customers in a friendly & positive attitude, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Prepare & serve a variety of food & beverages, following established recipes & quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness & organisation of the food & beverage space.
• Assist in restocking inventory, monitoring supplies, & notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow & exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to all health & safety regulations, maintaining a clean & safe work environment.
• Assist in the setup & breakdown of events or special promotions as required.

MUST HAVE Qualifications:

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in a premium environment.
• Strong organisational & multitasking abilities while working solo.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends & holidays.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• Current Food Safety Certificate
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
