What is the role?
As the Cafe Manager for our Zone Bowling & Timezone Knox venue, you will lead our F&B team with a passionate & nurturing style! You will be an expert all things food & beverage and champion our values everyday!
You will be supported by & also provide support to the Venue Manager and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.
Who are you?
You must hold a valid WWCC and RSA Certificate
A hands on & effective leader with sound knowledge of running a food and/or beverage business
Driven to proactively increase sales and drive better business results by creating and leading a high performing guest service team
Strong relationship builder to effortlessly create amazing experiences for our corporate & social group bookings
Passionate about service standards & able to instill the same pride in your team
