What is the role?
As the Cafe Manager for our Zone Bowling and Timezone Knox venue, you will lead our Food and Beverage team with a passionate and nurturing style! You will be an expert all things food and beverage and champion our values everyday!
You will be supported by and also provide support to the Venue Manager and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.
We are very eager to take on a junior in the hospo space who loves our brands and is keen on career progression + a stable Full-Time role!
Who are you?
You must hold a valid WWCC and RSA Certificate
A hands on and effective natural leader with sound knowledge of a food and/or beverage business
Driven to proactively increase sales and drive better business results by creating and leading a high performing guest service team
Strong relationship builder to effortlessly create amazing experiences for our corporate and social group bookings
Passionate about service standards and able to instill the same pride in your team
