Join the team at Tanuki, a vibrant modern Japanese izakaya in the heart of Double Bay. Featuring a sushi bar, robata grill, extensive sake and wine program, and late-night dining, Tanuki delivers polished yet energetic service in one of Sydney’s most exciting dining rooms.
We’re looking for experienced and enthusiastic casual waitstaff to join our front-of-house team, with a strong focus on Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability.

About you

At least 1-2 years experience in a busy restaurant

Confident running your own section

Passion for food, wine and hospitality

Professional presentation and positive attitude

Able to thrive in a busy service while maintaining attention to detail

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Current NSW RSA
-
Full Australian working rights
Japanese food or sake knowledge is an advantage, but not essential—we’re happy to train the right person.
