About the Role
The Louise is seeking a Temporary Head/Sous Chef for a 4+ week contract to support our kitchen team at Appellation Restaurant, the award-winning dining destination at the heart of the Barossa Valley.
Working alongside a talented kitchen team, you will assist in delivering refined, produce-driven menus that showcase the best of South Australia. This is a hands-on role, supporting daily kitchen operations and ensuring consistency, quality and efficiency during service.
