Support Worker – Cleaner & Gardener

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and motivated Support Worker – Cleaner & Gardener to join our team in Busselton.

This role combines disability support with domestic and outdoor maintenance tasks, supporting participants in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred support to participants in their homes
• Assist with general cleaning tasks (kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, vacuuming, etc.)
• Maintain outdoor areas including gardening, mowing, weeding, and basic yard upkeep
• Support participants with light daily living tasks where required
• Promote a safe, respectful, and dignified living environment
• Monitor and report any maintenance or support needs

Essential Experience & Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning and/or gardening roles (NDIS/home care preferred)
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
