About the Role
Silky Oaks Lodge at the Daintree Rainforest is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and help deliver an exceptional dining experience in one of Australia’s most extraordinary natural settings.
Working closely with the Executive Chef, you will play a key role in day-to-day kitchen operations, contributing to a menu that celebrates the finest tropical and regional produce North Queensland has to offer. This is a hands-on leadership role for a cook who takes pride in quality, consistency and mentoring those around them.
