Role Overview:

The short order cook is responsible for supporting the chefs in day to day operations within the kitchen as well as assisting in food preparation for in-venue and food trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Standard food prep for in-venue and food trucks
  • Assist chefs in cooking and preparation of Breakfast and Lunch menus
  • Following and demonstrating correct food safety practices
  • Opening/Closing the kitchen and required equipment

 Skills & Qualifications Required:

  •  Minimum 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Current food safety certificate
  • Current Drivers Licence
