Senior Barista (Full-Time) | Lune - Pacific Fair

Opening late June at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, our newest venue is boutique in scale and world-class in every detail. To make it sing from day one, we need someone who can lead the coffee bar with skill, consistency, and genuine care for the people around them.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Barista to be a cornerstone of our Gold Coast team.

What the role involves:

• Dialling in, preparing, and serving coffee to Lune's exacting standards
• Leading by example: speed, accuracy, and calm when it counts
• Mentoring and supporting fellow baristas to build consistency from the ground up
• Managing bar organisation, equipment maintenance, and daily prep
• Contributing to service flow, guest interaction, and the overall Lune experience

• Has at least 2 years’ experience as a barista in a busy café or specialty environment
• Can operate a coffee bar independently and efficiently
• Has strong leadership, communication and mentoring skills
• Demonstrates initiative, resilience, and a positive attitude
• Has full working rights in Australia

• Full-time role, 38 hours/week with consistent hours

• Training and onboarding at Pacific Fair: Mid June

• Venue Opening Hours: Mon-Weds 8:00am-9:00pm, Thurs-Sun 9:00am-10:00pm
