Senior Barista - Art Gallery NSW Cafe

We’re currently seeking experienced, energetic and well-presented permanent full time Senior Barista to join our incredible team at the Art Gallery NSW Cafe. This would suit the art lovers who are passionate and experienced in hospitality management.

The café is open 7 days; 10am–4pm / Wednesdays 10am–8pm

Duties

• Create high volume coffees to a consistently high-quality Latte Art
• Manage the bar autonomously.
• Provide high-quality beverages including cocktails
• Provide exceptional service to all customers
• Assisting in on-site functions and events 

Essential Requirements

• Experienced in making classic cocktails to a high standard
• An experienced barista – minimum 12 months’ experience
• Ideally experienced in latte art
• Ability to manage beverage stock – conduct stock take, ordering, rotation
• Experience in running a bar autonomously
• Quick and efficient
• Well presented with a great work ethic
• In possession of valid Australian working rights
• A current NSW RSA
