Food and Beverage Supervisor

Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa is located on the world-famous Cable Beach in Broome, far north Western Australia. Broome is easily accessible by plane to all major Australian cities and offers a relaxed lifestyle with all the conveniences of shops, restaurants, cinema, hospital and schools. Our property has 225 rooms of varying styles, 5 restaurants, Pool Side Bars, Tour Desk, Resort Shop and Day Spa.

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor. 

This role will be suited to individuals who have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to guests, supervising and supporting a team daily and ensuring brand service standards are met to the highest quality. If you have an energetic “can-do” attitude then we want to hear from you!

In order to be successful you will need to demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a Resort or Hotel environment at a supervisory level;
• Hold a nationally recognized Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification;
• Demonstrated experience in training and mentoring;
• A high level of personal grooming and presentation;
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction;
• The ability to be flexible working over a seven day roster
