Cho Cho San has held a Good Food Guide hat for 11 consecutive years. That kind of consistency doesn't come from the fit-out — it comes from the people on the floor.

We're looking for a section waiter and a bartender to join a team that takes genuine pride in what they do. Two different roles, same standard: switched on, warm with guests, and serious about the craft.

About Cho Cho San

We're part of The Apollo Restaurant Group — an independent hospitality group behind some of Sydney and Brisbane's most loved restaurants, including The Apollo, Greca, Yoko Dining, and Olympus. Each venue has its own identity. What we share is a commitment to doing things properly.

What we're looking for

For the floor: you're confident supporting a section, comfortable with food and wine, and calm under pressure when the room gets busy. You read guests well and junior team members naturally look to you.

For the bar: you know your product — spirits, sake, cocktails — and you build genuine presence without performing. You hold pace and personality at the same time.

To be considered you'll need
  • Experience as a section waiter or bartender in a quality restaurant or bar
  • Current RSA certification
  • A genuine interest in hospitality — the food, the drink, and the guest in front of you
