We’re on the hunt for someone very special – someone who can take our little French ‘à Emporter’ takeaway and retail dreamboat on Greville Street and give it the love, energy, and vision it deserves. Le Petit Marché isn’t just a counter that serves croissants and coffee. It’s a Parisian-inspired pocket of joy filled with artisanal French goodies, Entrecôte A La Maison delights, curated homewares, and takeaway treats.

The Role
We’re looking for a clever, creative, and hands-on Café & Retail Manager who’s as comfortable adjusting a croissant display as they are rethinking a retail layout. Someone with an eye for detail, a deep love for people, a passion for coffee with amazing barista skills and a sense of ownership that makes the business feel like theirs from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing (a little bit of everything)
• Leading a small team with humour, warmth, and high standards
• Curating and sourcing French-ish products in collaboration with our Director
• Overseeing day-to-day café service, coffee program, and those all-important food displays
• Taking guest experience very seriously (but never yourself)
• Managing stock, costs, and systems – with support, but plenty of autonomy
• Working closely with our bustling Brasserie and mothership, Entrecôte next door
• Thinking outside the (brioche) box to grow the business into something truly special
