Purpose
As the Restaurant Bar Supervisor, you are at the forefront of creating a variety of dining experiences that showcase exceptional taste and service. Primary Responsibilities
Take the reins in the absence of the restaurant / bar manager and during busy service hours showcase your skills front of the house, setting the pace and leading by example
Cultivate an enthusiasm for constructing delectable beverages while staying current with the latest trends in mixology
Collaborate with your team to spark motivation and attain exceptional results together
Contribute to creating schedules, nurturing team growth, and harmonising departmental efforts

Skills and Experience
Demonstrated genuine passion and enthusiasm for the hospitably and food sector
Prior history of leading and empowering teams with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
Familiar and well-versed across diverse food & beverage settings and have flexibility to work across different schedules including weekends and public holidays as required
Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
Passion for engaging with patrons and leading a team of diverse professionals
Confidence in communicating with guests and colleagues for seamless teamwork
