We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Reservations Agent to join our dedicated team at The Westin and Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane

Role Overview:
As the Reservations Agent you will be responsible for handling guest inquiries and booking requests with accuracy and efficiency. Ensuring a smooth and positive experience. You will be the first contact person for potential guests, responsible for answering questions about availability, pricing, and special offers, as well as making, modifying, or canceling reservations. You will maintain accurate records in the reservation system, communicate guest preferences to the relevant departments, and often assist with upselling additional services to enhance the guest experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach to ensure guest satisfaction while supporting the hotel’s occupancy and revenue goals. Reservation Agents also collaborate with the front office, sales and revenue management teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
