HOW WILL YOU HELP US ACHIEVE OUR GOALS?
As a Reservations Agent, you’ll be at the heart of the guest journey—shaping experiences before our guests even arrive. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will ensure every reservation is handled with precision, care, and a touch of Hotel X flair.
You’ll manage guest bookings across multiple channels, responding to enquiries with efficiency and warmth while maximising revenue opportunities. With a strong understanding of room types, packages, and hotel offerings, you’ll confidently guide guests to the perfect stay.
Working closely with Front Office, Sales and other departments, you’ll ensure all booking details, special requests, and VIP arrangements are accurately recorded and communicated. Your organisational skills will shine as you maintain reservation systems, monitor availability, and support the guest experience from arrival to post-stay requests.

You’ll love coming to work with a team that strives for excellence day in, day out to deliver a quality hotel experience. Working as an integral part of our Reservations team, you are encouraged to bring your unique personality and perspective (your X factor). Reporting through to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this is Part Time part time role, working 22 hours per week.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE!
We're seeking individuals who have a passion for the hotel industry and/or experience in luxury service or similar high-level customer-focused industries. Demonstrated capability of forging strong relationships, a service-oriented mindset, resilience and flexibility are key. Familiarity with OPERA or another Hotel PMS is preferred. Knowledge of the local area to provide guest recommendations is highly valued.
