As Regional Manager IT, you will lead the technology strategy and operations, ensuring systems, infrastructure, gaming technology, and support services are secure, reliable, and aligned with business objectives. You'll partner closely with senior leaders to deliver technology solutions that improve business performance, support growth, and enhance the team member and guest experience.

• Develop and deliver the technology roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business priorities and future growth plans
• Oversee technology programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget and timelines, with effective change management and user adoption.
• Partner with senior leaders to improve business performance, efficiency, security, and service delivery through technology solutions
• Lead ICT operations, including infrastructure, networks, systems, telephony, asset management, user access controls, and vendor relationships
• Oversee technology services supporting casino gaming, hospitality, hotel, and regional operations
• Lead, mentor, and develop a collaborative, service-focused ICT team that supports team members across the business
• Drive digital transformation initiatives while strengthening cyber security, disaster recovery, and business continuity capabilities
• Manage technology budgets, projects, contracts, and investments while ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to improve business outcomes and operational efficiency

• Extensive experience leading ICT functions within a complex business environment, with gaming, casino, hospitality, entertainment, or multi-site experience highly regarded
• Highly experienced in the implementation, management and maintenance of information technology infrastructure and IT systems including cloud architectures, server technologies, communication technologies, LANs and WANs
• Proven experience developing and implementing technology strategies, governance frameworks, policies, and controls
• Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and building strong stakeholder relationships, with excellent communication and influencing skills
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cyber security, enterprise systems, and service delivery
• Experience managing technology projects, vendors, contracts, budgets, and competing business priorities
• Experience driving digital transformation initiatives and leveraging emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and automation, to improve business outcomes
• Tertiary qualifications in IT, technology, business, or a related discipline are highly regarded
