The Tasmanian Walking Company are proudly Tasmanian and have been walking for over 30 years to deliver unique experiences that connect guests to some of Tasmania’s most remote, wild, and special places. Our history and reputation will be with you every step of the way and this extends to our lodge at Three Capes.

Make the most of this exciting opportunity to join our team as one of our 2 Lodge Hosts, helping to run our amazing off the grid lodges on the Three Capes Track (Tasman Peninsula). Each evening, our guests settle into our private accommodation at Crescent Lodge or Pillar Lodge, nestled within the Tasman National Park. Our lodges offer true shelter and are designed to be simple yet sustainable. Whilst your guests settle in with a warm shower after a long day of walking, you will begin preparing a delicious feast of local fare.

The right individuals will have good hospitality and food preparation experience and be passionate about creating connection with people and place. The role will be offered on a casual basis from Mid-August 2026 through to May 2027 with rosters ranging between 7–8 days on and 6-7 days off. Accommodation is provided whilst on shift.

About you:

Given the remote location, the ideal candidate will thrive in their own company, is comfortable working autonomously, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. You will be supported by other Lodge Hosts, Guides, and Regional Experience Managers.
