Lead Casino Investigator 

  • Exciting opportunity to join Liquor and Gaming NSW, we're responsible for regulating liquor, wagering, gaming, and registered clubs in NSW 
  • This is a Clerk Grade 7/8 role with a salary range of $113,574 - $125,720 per annum plus superannuation 
  • Ongoing role based in Sydney, NSW - hybrid working arrangements may be available within business operational needs 
     

About Liquor and Gaming NSW 

We are at the pointy end of industry supervision for the liquor, gaming, wagering, casino and registered club sectors in NSW. About The Role   

The role is responsible for investigating complex and serious allegations of non-compliance in the casino and wagering sectors. The role involves managing a case load of matters and ensuring the efficient progression of competing priorities in the context of complex regulatory regimes and a high-profile environment.  At times, field‑based work such as conducting interviews and undertaking investigative enquiries will be required.  

While flexible work arrangements are supported, they will always be guided by operational priorities and requirements.

About You   

We are looking for an experienced investigator with demonstrated experience in conducting complex investigations, with the ability to interpret and apply legislation in a regulatory framework or similar field.
