As the Inclusive Café Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in empowering people with disability to develop the skills, confidence, and experience needed to move into mainstream employment. Working alongside the Inclusive Café Coordinator, you’ll lead day-to-day café operations while creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
You’ll provide hands-on vocational support and mentoring to team members with disability, helping them work towards their individual employment goals. With a strong focus on customer service, food safety, and leadership, you’ll help ensure the café delivers great service, maintains high standards, and operates as a vibrant, purpose-driven social enterprise.
