What We Do: We support builders and trade professionals by delivering quality products, expert advice, and reliable service they depend on every day.
Our Locations: Brookvale, Peakhurst, Mona Vale, Terrey Hills, Hornsby, and Dural.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with selection and purchase decisions
- Operate the "Point of Sale" system to record transactions
- Process and follow up quotes to qualify, refine, and close sales opportunities, and enter details into the quote register and Frameworks
- Complete paperwork, ensuring procedures are followed as instructed
- Assist with preparation, packing, and dispatch of orders, and receipt of stock to ensure safe storage
- Manage stock levels and liaise with suppliers as directed by the local manager
- Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate product knowledge
- Ensure the store is well-maintained, organised, and visually appealing
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and supporting daily operations
- Undertake self-directed learning through Trade Net for relevant products
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail or trade sales
- Knowledge of Bathroom & Kitchen products
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Must have the legal right to work in Australia
