Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Getaway Inn in New South Wales 2304. This part-time contract role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. The Housekeeping Supervisor will lead a team of housekeepers, oversee daily operations, and uphold our high standards of service in the travel and tourism industry.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on best practices and company policies.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to housekeeping services.
• Prepare reports on housekeeping operations and staff performance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a housekeeping role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
