Your day to day
• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing
furniture and fixtures
• Ensure that bathrooms are clean and stocked with towels, toiletries, and other essentials
• Replenish guest room supplies, including towels, linens, and amenities
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, hallways, and
common areas
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including using proper cleaning chemicals and
equipment
• Attend to special requests from guests, such as providing extra pillows or blankets, or arranging
for transportation or other services
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service at all times
Please note: - This is a Casual contract and not a full time/ part time role, this will be suitable for candidates who are either beginning new in the Hospitality or have specific time periods in the week for when they can work.
