Housekeeping Public Areas – Overnight Shift from 11:00 Pm to 7:00am

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Public Areas team member for the overnight shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM in the heart of Sydney CBD. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public areas within our hospitality establishment, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. As part of our team, you will contribute to the overall guest experience and uphold our high standards of service.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and dining areas, ensuring they are tidy and presentable at all times.
• Perform regular inspections of public areas to identify and address any cleanliness issues promptly.
• Restock supplies in public restrooms and common areas as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of public events and functions as required.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
