• Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Ensure all housekeeping supplies are correctly stocked, organised, and inventoried.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Support the housekeeping team in delivering high standards of cleanliness
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain a tidy and organised work environment

Qualifications:

• No formal education required; however, a background in hospitality is advantageous
• Entry-level position; previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not essential
