Hospitality Concierge (Barista & Workplace Experience)

Collins Street, Melbourne CBD

Part Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 12:00pm

About the Role

We are seeking a Hospitality Concierge to join our team at 161 Collins Street, one of Melbourne's premium commercial office assets.

This is a unique role combining barista service, workplace hospitality and customer experience delivery. You will be the warm and familiar face of the building, providing exceptional coffee service while supporting tenants, guests and building stakeholders through genuine hospitality and proactive service.

This is not a traditional café role. It is a customer-facing workplace hospitality position focused on creating memorable experiences and building strong relationships within the building community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to a Melbourne café standard
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants, guests and visitors
  • Greet and assist building occupants with a professional and welcoming approach
  • Support meeting room and catering coordination
  • Maintain presentation and cleanliness of café and shared spaces
  • Monitor and replenish kitchen consumables and hospitality supplies
  • Assist with workplace events and activations
  • Build positive relationships with tenants, building management and service providers
  • Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure all areas are maintained to a premium standard


Skills And Experiences

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous barista experience and confidence working independently
  • A genuine passion for customer service and hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presentation and attention to detail
  • The ability to build rapport with tenants and guests
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience in hospitality, concierge, customer service or workplace experience environments will be highly regarded
