About the role

The Red Cow Hotel is one of Penrith’s best-known venues and we’re growing our team. We’re looking for people across bar, floor, and gaming – whether you’re just starting out in hospitality or you’ve already got some experience behind you.

We have plenty of hours on offer and flexible rostering, so if you’re working around study or other commitments, we’re open to making it work.

The venue is right near Penrith Station, so getting here is straightforward no matter where you’re coming from.

What you’ll be doing

Depending on the role, you’ll be serving customers across our bar, gaming, or floor areas, keeping things running smoothly during service, and making sure every guest has a good experience.

What we’re looking for

Attitude matters more to us than an impressive resume. We want people who are reliable, easy to work with, and enjoy being around people. RSA and RCG are a bonus but not essential – if you need to get them, we can help point you in the right direction.
