You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the kitchen operation—from strategic menu development to hands-on service leadership. Salary: $80K – $85K, Plus Super
2) Country Hotel – Chef de Partie (Maryborough – VIC)
Seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to support the Head Chef across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and private functions. Your responsibilities will include managing prep cycles, stock rotation, and wastage to optimise workflow, while strictly upholding HACCP standards and kitchen hygiene. Salary: $70K, Plus Super
3) Small Cafe – Head Chef (Ballarat – VIC)
Tasked with supporting the owner in the full operational management of the kitchen, you will take primary control over ordering, inventory management, and waste reduction strategies. Salary to be discussed in an interview.
