About your new role
We are looking for a Head Barista to lead the day-to-day coffee operations in our Southbank café. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll set and maintain the highest standards of coffee quality, while fostering a positive team culture that reflects the Allpress brand.
As the Head Barista, you’ll act as the coffee lead within the venue; driving quality and consistency across every shift, supporting barista development, and playing a key leadership role on the floor. You’ll also step into a supervisory capacity when the Café Manager is not present.
