We’re searching for a our very own ‘Rosie the Robot’ - you know, from The Jetsons - a Housekeeper known for their work ethic and efficiency to join our team at Mermaid Waters. Primary focus on housekeeping and room presentation.

This is a rotational shift position working mainly from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, offering great daytime hours. To be successful, you must have flexible availability across Mondays to Fridays, as well as some weekends and public holidays as required by the roster. A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:

• Making every room feel like home away from home
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
• Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
• Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
