The Manly Hotel is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Guest Service Attendants to join our team, with a primary focus on housekeeping and room presentation. To be successful, you must have a sharp eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for maintaining immaculate guest environments.

We require consistent availability for a minimum of 8:00 am to 3:00 pm across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays. Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is highly regarded, but a positive, physically fit, and reliable attitude is what matters most. A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:

• Making every room feel like home away from home
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
• Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
• Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
