We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Cook to join our team in a Full Time capacity at Sunshine Coast Airport. As a Kitchen Cook, you’ll be an essential part of our culinary team, preparing high-quality meals that delight our customers. You’ll follow recipes, maintain food hygiene standards, and ensure every dish is prepared efficiently and consistently.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Cooking and serving of customer meals to order
✅ Daily food preparation, plating & packing orders
✅ Cleaning and maintenance of cooking and food preparation areas
✅ Setup or shutdown of kitchen
✅ Assistance with daily stock take and rotation of stock
✅ General kitchen duties where required
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience in a busy kitchen or food service environment
✅ Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and WHS practices with a current food safety certificate
✅ Flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends)
✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
