We’re calling for the ultimate experience creator to welcome and ‘WOW’ our guests as their first point of contact. In this fast paced role, you’ll use your strong time management and prioritisation skills to enhance the guest experience. Sound good? Read on!

A day in the life of a Front Office Attendant:

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly and attentive service
• Stay up to date on reception emails and phone calls and action administrative tasks as quickly as possible
• Lean into team work and assist with accommodation, bistro and booking duties as required

About you:

• You know that when it comes to guest service, every moment matters
• You are great with people, communication and detail and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You are highly organised and have great computer skills
• You hold a current RSA certificate
• You’ve got the attention for detail keeping rooms crisp and making them shine
• You’re reliable, punctual and adaptable
• You take pride in your work and it shows

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
• Making every room feel like home away from home
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
• Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
• Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests
