About the role
Bring our story to life. As a Front of House Host, you’ll create unforgettable moments—leading guests through immersive tastings and experiences that spark curiosity and connection. Your role helps grow our wine community and inspire retail sales beyond the cellar door.
Day to day, you’ll deliver exceptional food and wine service in our Brand Homes, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. This is your chance to be the face of Jacob's Creek and craft experiences people will remember. This will be a permanent part time role offering 12 hours per week.
What You'll Do:

Deliver exceptional food, beverage, and wine service across our Brand Homes

Lead tastings and experiences that inspire wine club sign-ups and retail sales

Capture customer data accurately to support KPIs and compliance

Work collaboratively while showing initiative and attention to detail

Confidently evaluate wine styles and share knowledge with guests

Manage time effectively and adapt across café, welcome desk, and cellar door

Use POS systems with accuracy and professionalism

Embrace learning, continuous improvement, and a passion for wine
What You’ll Bring:
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings and events
- RSA certification and knowledge of liquor licensing laws
- Experience in a wine-focused, café, or restaurant environment
- Proven sales ability and passion for delivering exceptional wine experiences
- Ability to work across all FOH areas and adapt in a fast-paced setting
- WSET or other wine education qualifications
- Knowledge of local hospitality and cellar door offerings
