Food & Beverage Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join Crystalbrook Kingsley, supporting the delivery of high‑quality food and beverage experiences across the hotel’s restaurants, bars and function spaces. The role places a strong focus on the food and beverage delivery of conferences, meetings and events, while maintaining consistent service excellence across all dining outlets.

Working closely with the Manager, you will assist in maintaining established service standards, presentation and operational control to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Manager in the supervision and control of all food and beverage operations, with a strong focus on functions and event service
• Leading the food and beverage delivery of events and functions, including coordinating service flow, timing and room set‑ups to ensure seamless execution
• Managing rostering and staffing for food and beverage teams, including event‑based requirements, to ensure appropriate resourcing and service standards
• Providing hands‑on, on‑floor leadership during events, restaurant and bar service periods
• Overseeing restaurant and bar service to ensure consistent presentation, quality and guest engagement
• Leading, motivating and supporting a team of Food & Beverage Attendants across daily service and event operations
• Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders to support both event and restaurant requirements
• Identifying opportunities to enhance guest experience and drive revenue through strong food and beverage service and upselling

About You

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor within a premium or luxury hotel environment
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service, with experience supporting conferences, functions and events
• Confidence in coordinating live service environments, particularly function and event service
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm, organised and solutions‑focused in fast‑paced service settings
• A hands‑on leader with a genuine passion for food and beverage and guest experience
