About the Role As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional customer service while overseeing the day-to-day operation of SSCT's food and beverage outlets across our venues. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead and support team members on shift, ensuring high standards of service, food safety and operational excellence are maintained at all times.  Your primary responsibilities will include: Leading and supervising food and beverage team members in a fast-paced environment. Delivering exceptional customer service to venue patrons and guests. Training, mentoring and supporting new and existing team members. Coordinating shift staffing and allocating resources to meet business requirements. Processing food and beverage transactions through POS systems and balancing receipts. Assisting with catering operations, including event preparation, delivery and pack-down. Ordering, receiving and monitoring stock levels across outlets. Ensuring food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards are consistently maintained. Supporting café and function operations, including preparation of food and beverages. Adhering to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements and venue policies. This role requires flexibility, including availability to work weekends and during major events.  Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will bring: Demonstrated experience supervising and leading teams in a hospitality, catering or food and beverage environment. Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Excellent communication, leadership and time management skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling. Essential Qualifications Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate. Current Working with Children Check. Current First Aid and CPR Certification. Food Safety Supervisor Certificate. Minimum two years' experience in a supervisory role within a similar environment. Desirable Barista qualification or demonstrated experience operating commercial coffee equipment and preparing quality coffee beverages.  Shortlisted candidates may be subject to pre-employment screenings, including criminal record, social media, and adverse media checks.
