The Role:

CC's Bar & Grill redefines the traditional steakhouse. Known for it's premium steaks, fresh Australian produce and extensive wine list from wineries across the country, this is a restaurant known for excellence.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Assistant Venue Manager, we are seeking a new Food & Beverage Supervisor to work alongside a passionate and supportive hotel team in CC's Bar & Grill. Lead the floor and wow our guests with exceptional service to create dining experiences that will leave our guests wanting more.

 You will collaborate with our guests by: 

• You will bring high energy and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our guests and customers.
• Strong knowledge of the sequence of service.
• Ability to oversee floor service, ensuring smooth operations across all areas.
• Anticipating and responding to tricky requests & concerns in a professional and timely manner and coaching your team to do the same. 
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of Food and Beverage Attendants, creating an outstanding employment experience and leading them to continue to deliver incredible service.
• Taking an active interest in providing on-the-job coaching and training to the Food & Beverage Attendants. 
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue while ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

About You:

We are looking to skilled and ambitious restaurant staff can display: 

•  Considerable experience in premium restaurant environments.  
• Previous restaurant or bar supervisory experience 
• Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry and speciality in high quality service. 
• Great attention to detail, being one step ahead of guests needs. 
• In-depth knowledge of sequence of service and product knowledge.  
• The passion to take on other ad-hoc duties as required 
• Ability to prioritise & work in fast-paced environment being able to keep high standards of service.  
• Friendly and confident communication skills.   
• WSET level 2 or an equivalent wine certification/knowledge - desirable 
• QLD RSA essential 
• Available across various shifts including weekends, evenings and public holidays 
• Able to commit for a minimum of 6 to 12-months
