The Role

We’re looking for a passionate Food and Beverage Duty Manager to join our dynamic team on the stunning Rottnest Island. If you thrive in hospitality, love creating memorable guest experiences, and are ready for your next adventure, this could be the perfect role for you!

As the Duty Manager you will be:

• Overseeing daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the team to create unforgettable guest experiences.
• Managing stock, rostering, and maintaining service standards.
• Problem-solving on the fly to keep things running smoothly.
• Collaborating with the wider resort team to deliver excellence across the board.
• Flexibility to participate in a shared on-call roster to support operational requirements outside of standard business hours

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous management experience in Food & Beverage (essential)
• WA Unrestricted Approved Managers Card (essential)
• A current and valid driver's license (essential)
• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (essential)
• A hands-on leadership style with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to think on your feet
• A commitment to delivering excellence and outstanding guest satisfaction

This role may involve extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery.
