Job Description

As an ambassador of our Champagne Bar, you will deliver refined, personalised service that reflects the hotel’s luxury standards and the art of French hospitality. With a warm, professional presence and a passion for excellence, you will anticipate guest needs, execute service with precision and flair, and collaborate seamlessly with the team to create memorable, elevated experiences for every guest.

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised food and beverage service in a luxury bar environment, exceeding guest expectations at every interaction.
  • Prepare and serve beverages and menu items to the highest presentation, quality, and service standards.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the beverage list, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, to confidently recommend options to guests.
  • Maintain a refined, clean, and well-organised bar area in line with 5-star brand and hygiene standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the bar and service team to ensure seamless service during all operating periods.

Qualifications

 

  • Strong knowledge of wines, cocktails, and spirits, or a willingness to learn. 
  • Impeccable presentation and a confident, professional manner.
  • The ability to stay calm, organised, and upbeat during busy service periods.
  • A strong team spirit and a desire to go above and beyond for our guests.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as part of a rotating roster.
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
