Food and Beverage Attendant

THE ROLE 

Located at Capri on Via Roma on the Isle of Capri, Edgewater Dining & Lounge pairs modern Australian cuisine with fresh, seasonal flavours, curated cocktails and a relaxed, social atmosphere.

We are looking for an experienced casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our energetic team and help create memorable experiences for every guest. If you love hospitality, know your food and wine, and thrive in a lively restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver warm, attentive service and create memorable dining experiences.
• Take orders accurately and confidently explain menu items and specials.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely, seamless service.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant environment.
• Respond to guest enquiries with professionalism and care.

What You’ll Bring

• At least two years’ restaurant experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality dining service standards.
• A genuine passion for food, wine and outstanding guest service.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner.
• The ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and collaborative approach.

Please note: This is a casual role requiring weekday and weekend availability.
